1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the IDOLYN app, provided by Thomas Brandt (brand AX1S).

2. Service

IDOLYN is an information and community app about K-Pop (idol feed, news, charts, concerts, city guides). Content is for informational purposes; no guarantee is given for completeness or timeliness. Some news originates from third-party sources (e.g. Soompi, Koreaboo).

3. Use

Core features are free and usable without an account. Misuse, automated scraping and unlawful use are prohibited.

4. Premium Subscriptions

IDOLYN offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly/yearly) and a one-time purchase. Purchase and billing are handled exclusively via the Apple App Store; Apple's terms apply additionally. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are done in your Apple ID settings. Premium removes ads and unlocks additional features.

5. Third-Party Rights

Trademarks, images and names of the artists shown belong to the respective rights holders. IDOLYN is an independent fan product and is not officially affiliated with artists, agencies or platforms.

6. Liability

Use is at your own risk. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, no liability is assumed for damages arising from use.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version available in the app and on this page applies.
